（中央社記者陳至中台北8日電）媒體報導，有公司要求7月8日颱風假沒上班的人，統一調班至7月10日。勞動部今天表示，未事先徵得勞工同意，雇主片面公告不具效力。



勞動部表示，颱風天勞工是否出勤，應以安全為首要考量，如果有違反「勞動基準法」規定的狀況，勞工可撥打「1955」專線申訴。勞動部會即時實施勞動檢查，保障勞工權益。1050708
